What college should I go to?

I’m from Garden Grove, California. I was accepted into UC Berkeley and Texas AM University. AM offered me a full scholarship. However, Berkeley is #1 in Computer Engineering (my major). Is the quality of education at Berkeley sufficiently high enough that I should attend Berkeley?
